Personnally I'm also came to the conclusion that Quixote+scgi+lighttpd is the best combinaison for Performance. I don't have records with real feagures, but his conclusion come from a comparaison of Turbogears, Cherrypy, Twisted, RoR, webware, ... and quixote.
