[MEMS-Business] oven for sintering

Dear Madam or Sir,

We are looking for an oven that allows us to do a sintering step at 500
degrees Celsius in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. The oven can be small
(e.g. for one 4'' wafer) and should be cheap. The control of the
temperature profile over time is not so critical. Could you please make
a recommendation?
