production ready fully  automatic metrology tools. one can handle up to 200 mm 
(8 inch) wafers and the  other up to 300 mm (12 inch) wafers.
 
They are fully refurbished ready for production tools, the 200 mm tool is a  
Veeco SXM-200 and the 300 mm tool is a Veeco SXM-320. Both tools are available 
 with a 12 month (extendable) warranty, installation/training package, and 
full  application support package. We are the world-wide leader is specialised 
support  for these tools and have achieved excellent metrology results at our 
customers  sites that has yet to be bettered by newer tools or technology!
