[MEMS-Business] micro-force gage

I'm looking for a force gage or force actuator that could measure/produce forces
til hundreds of micronNewtons with a good resolution.


This will be used to test a capacitive micro-force sensor with sensing element
of 50 x 50 micrometers square.
