[MEMS-Business] application of tunable MEMS resonator

Dear All,

An innovative design of MEMS resonator:

- frequency continuously tunable from a few KHz to hundreds KHz;
- electrostatically driven/controlled (a few volts), very low power consumption;
- IC integration by design, low cost in volume production.

I'm not aware of similar products in market. I'm wondering if such a device have commercial values. Any advices or related information are appreciated.
