[MEMS-Business] Commercial Interest/Application - SiC Pressure Sensor & IR temperature Sensor

[Micro Sense]

Dear MEMS-Business Community,

We have two functional prototypes of the following MEMS sensors:

-  An IR contactless temperature sensor based on polysilicon or platinum
membrane
- A Silicon Carbide pressure sensor for harsh environments (FS: 5 bar)

We are wondering if the above devices have any commercial value and
application. Any advice(s) or related
information are appreciated. At the moment we are looking at device packaging.
