[mems-modsim] Multiple parts with different materials in SolidWorks -> CosmosWorks

Has anyone had experience building models for FEA from
within SolidWork to CosmosWorks where there are
different materials, e.g. oxide on silicon, etc.  If
so, it would be great to find a tutorial.
