[mems-modsim] problem in sputtering

hai all,,,
           i am a M.Tech student doing my project in flux gate magnetometer for to fabricate the same i need to deposite seed layer, for that i used gold along with chromium, in that first i deposited chromium over the silicondioxide (since we used the chromium layer in oder to match with surface free energy of silicon) so we preferd but the deposited layer is not sticking to the sio2 surface i dont know what to do,,,,,,,,,,
 
please any budy knows abput the same will be helping,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
