[mems-modsim] ANSYS Electrostatic-Structural Coupled Analysis

Dear All,

Hello.

I am using ANSYS 8.0 Multiphysics for simulation of
Electrostatic-Structural Coupling. I have been fairly
good to carry out static/quasistatic simulation for
finding out displacements and deformations
and other effects at DC Voltage, using TRANS126,
Multifield or ESSOLV solver

May i please know that how can i do dynamic coupled
simulation for DC
(Vo)biased AC voltage(VoSin(wt))  , e.g,  Vo+VoSin(wt)
to see the excited
response of the structure.
May i please request you to kindly suggest or forward
an application note
