[mems-modsim] Initial Stress Command in ANSYS

I'm trying to use isfile command to introduce initial stress in ANSYS model, but the program does not detect the end of the initial stress file. I read two people previoulsy ask this question in this mailing list. The response is to use iswrite command to see initial stress file format. I followed this suggestion by using istress to create initial stress, and listing the stress by the command of isfile, list. The windows listing the intial stress pops up. Then, I used iswrite to create an initial stress file, but there was only the filename in the file. No element initial stress presents. 
 
Could you let me know the detail step or the file format? The example of input file will be appreciated. Thank you.
