[mems-modsim] istress and isfile command

I'm trying to use istress and isfile command to introduce initial stress in ANSYS model. I read peoples previoulsy ask this question in this mailing list. Could you let me know the detail step or the file format? The example of input file will be appreciated. Thank you.
