Dear All,

Hello.

I am using ANSYS 8.0 Multiphysics for simulation of
Electrostatic-Structural Coupling.I have finish the model and static analysis for a cantilever beam.The next work i wanna to do is to caculated the pull-in voltage of this structure.
May i please know that what kind of method i can use(ROM i guessed.May i please request u to 
kindly suggest or an note with detial are better!
