[mems-modsim] Gyro Simulation

Dear All,
Hi,
Basically i am a Mechanical Engineer and working on
Capacitative Microgyro. i need to draw its equvalent
circut diagram. Is there any paper who can help me out
in this regards. i am confused that how we draw an
equivalent circut diagram for a device which have
multiple degree of freedom. 
For SDOF i am using C Tilmans paper " Equivalent
circut representation of Electromechanical transducers
I; Lumped-parameter sytem". 
what would be the startegy for Mulitple DOF? if we
will have to draw the equivalent circut for each DOF
seperatly then will we integrate all those diagrams
into one single diagram to see the collective effect
or not? if yes then how we will integrate these
diagrams and if not then what we will do?
