[mems-modsim] Need help about Modeling software

Dear All,
  Hi,
  We are working on design of micro robots which used for medical purposes. We need a powerful software which can model MEMS structures and simulate the movement, torque, force, ... (dynamical analysis) of the model. Any information and help about this will be appreciated.
