[Didace EKEOM]

Hello,

I have develop a boundary element add-on module fully
integrated to ANSYS. It is very suitable for resonator
(RF-MEMS, Bulk acoustic wave, Surface Acoustic Wave,
Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasoincs Transducers,...).
The BEM take into account the acoustic radiation in
the substrate. It is the only way to compute correctly
quality factor. I’m looking for beta-testers and/or
for end users.
