[mems-talk] current density capasity of plated gold and copper

  I am currently designng a magnetic actuator using coils, either copper or gold. I am trying to find out the maximum current density allowed for Cu or Au. Does any one know the maximum allowed current density through these wires (materials)? Thanks.
