[mems-talk] Single crystal quartz wafer vendor

Dear all,
 
I am looking for 4-inch(100mm)-diameter, more than 300-um-thick
single crystal quartz wafers with X-, Z- and AT-cut. Does anybody
know contact info of the vendors dealing with above wafers?
