[mems-talk] MEMS valve?

Hello All,

I'm on a hunt for a replacement for the Redwood NC-1500 proportional MEMS
valve.  I've used and been very happy with them for 3+ years, however when I
recently went to order more, I was horrified to discover that Redwood
Microsystems seems to have passed on (does anyone know what happened to
them?)

I'm looking for a proportional valve or even a simple flow/no flow switch,
compact in size (<1" on all sides) which can handle vacuum on one side, 2
atm on the opposite.  A shutoff valve is preferred but a low leak rate is
okay too.  

Any help would be very much appreciated.
