Hi Madhav,
Is the PMMA breaking down due to the high temp. E-less process?  One
approach would be to initiate the deposition at high temp. and then move the
part into a lower temp solution say 50 C. What about electrolytic
deposition?

        I am not able to find a simple way of doing
electroless Nickel plating on PMMA patterned silicon
wafer. Can any one provide me any PDF file or any
procedure to do Electroless Nickel plating.
