[mems-talk] Nickel Oxide Reduction methods!!

Hi All,
        Does any one know how to reduce Nickel Oxide
to Nickel.  Under what conditions. I am planning to
deposit Nickel Oxide on silicon wafer and then reduce
it to Nickel in an Hydrogen atmosphere of 165 degree
Celcius.

Let  me know if any simple methods for reduction of
nickel Oxide can be used.
