[mems-talk] Trying to Study Diffusion profile

Hi  Every one,
I am trying to do a diffusion study  of flourescent dye through mems
structure. I want to make a time vs diffusion profile and see how
flourescent dye enters into mems structure with passage of time. My
microstructures are SU8 and are made through conventional Photolithography.
I ve been trying hard to diffuse flourescent dyes into my microstructures
but I havent succceeded so far.
Can Any one give me some idea??
