[mems-talk] Nickel nanodots annealing!!

Hi everyone,
            I am having doubt on whether we can anneal
Nickel nanodots at around 300-500 degree celcius,
after depositing nickel nanodots. I am looking forward
to deposit nanodots & then anneal it, since  this
gives me selective growth of nickel nanodots rather
than going for nickel thin film & using nucleation -
annealing process. Under what conditions i can anneal
nanodots like whether i need to go for nitrogen gas or
some other ambient.

Please let me know about this as soon as possible
