I wanted to selectively grow nickel dots on
si wafer. Hence i am planning to grow these dots using
electrplating through Porous Anodize Alumina. Now i
want to remove some of the dots. Isit possible to use
patterned removal of these dots. Let me know.
Please give me some suggestion regarding this.
