[mems-talk] About Silver electrodes in MEMS

Could you please comment why silver electrodes have less applications in
bioengineering field except for biopotential measurements? I find that
silver has better thermal and electrical properties than gold does and both
of them have good bio-compatibility. In MEMS, why people like using Au or Pt
as heating electrodes? I understand that silver has tarnishability.
