[mems-talk] dissolving cured epoxy glue

Hello,

I have attached some silicon sensors to an aluminium setup with epoxy glue
and now I want to disconnect them.

I am looking for a way to dissolve this cured epoxy glue.

Heating of it for 3 hours on a hot plate with 200-300 degree C was one
option to dissociate that glue but that was not successful.

Please inform me if you know anything about it.
