[mems-talk] Help: Application of Decane/Hexadecane/Silicone oil and Hexane

Hi all
       I found some literatures where some people have reported the
experiments regarding the flow behaviour of fluids such as
Hexane/Decane/Silicone oil and Hexadecane in micro and nano
channels and measured the slip length.

Can anyone tell me the practical applications of flow of such fluids in
micro and nano channels.
