Hi,
I'm in search of a plating house that can plate copper on 200 mm
wafers. It would be a plate through a photoresist mold process where the
platinghouse would only need to do some type of clean/descum and then
perform the plating step. We would handle the litho and seed. Does anyone
know of someone that could help with this?
