[mems-talk] Elemental analysis for single nanoparticle

Hi, folks,

I came across a question that needed to identify a
single Au nanoparticle at about 10-20 nm, on a silicon
substrate. Does anybody know if there is a way to do
the elemental analysis on such a small scale?
Basically I just comfirm the particle is Au not
something else. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
