[mems-talk] Silicon On Insulators

Hi all,
       Do any one know where to find Silicon On
insulator wafers. I asked Soitec and Silicon quest
company's but they dont have thin layers of Si in SOI
wafers. I wanted top Si layer of 340nm and Buried
oxide of 400nm. Let me know about this.
