[mems-talk] LPCVD and silicon dislocations

Hi All,
i have a doubt: does LPCVD deposition of thin films generates defects in
silicon wafers ? (defects could be generated for example as a result of
thermal cycle?). In particular i'm interested to generation of
dislocations defects.
