[mems-talk] Probe station with an inverted microscope

Dear all,

Could you please provide any vendor information regarding to a probe station
with an inverted microscope?
I am conducting bioengineering research and I would like to have a probe
station with light source coming from the bottom, just like the inverted
microscope commonly used in biological science lab.
