[mems-talk] MEMS for Nanobot applications

Hello,

I'm currently researching on a possible application of MEMS in building
nanobots for biological systems.I ,in due course of my research,came
across the term "organic molecular transistors" which I suppose haven't
been build  as yet but a strong amount of research is going into it and
some success has been achieved in this direction.

I wanted to know whether the organic molecular transistors require an
external source of power or not and about their basic functioning.

Any other comments or advices regarding above mentioned field is welcome.
