[mems-talk] Anybody has experience on Micro heater simulation with Abaqus?

Currently need to carry out a micro heater fab, be4 that I think
better to carry out a simulation on temperature distribution for
optimization. But totally new to this, therefore got no idea how to
start it. Anybody has any experience to share for a newbie? or better
give a detailed sample which can help to start quickly and through
smoothly.
