[mems-talk] Help: small feature needs to be done by injection molding

Dear all,
Does anyone know any company/university has the ability to injection
mold a small feature as 10 micron ID with 0.5mm length?
The feature is cone shaped and the size of the very end is 10 micron
ID, 50micron OD with 0.5 mm to 1mm length. And the material should be
PEEK, PMMA or other polymer.
