Dear all,

I'm looking for VCEL elements or modules with possibility of electronically
switching
the light polarization.

Type: VCEL or VCSEL (can have integrated collimator).
Wavelength: 635nm, 650nm, 780nm.
Spot shape: round, single mode beam.
Polarization: electronically switchable, linear (TE and TM).
Power: no important, (from 0,5mW up to 10mW).

A Module can have a simple collimation optic with focal length about 70 mm
up to 1000 mm.

Can anyone give me some information or an advice about such products and
there vendors?
