[mems-talk] Adhesion of evaporated Au on Pt layer

Hi everybody,

Does anybody know if I can evaporate Au directly to Pt without adhesion 
layer (e.g. NiCr)? Is there a good adhesion between the two layers?

I need to deposit a couple of microns of Au on Pt.
