[mems-talk] Microautomation 1100 support needed

Hi,

I am looking for someone who owns a Micro Automation 1100 dicing saw. To  
be more precise, we need the EPROM programs of  the "Housekeeper board"  
( U1 and U2) as it seems that our EPROMs were destroyed by an overvoltage.
I have already tried to contact Paxco but they did not show any interest  
in helping us. Of course we are willing to pay an appropriate amount for  
the files or EPROMS. If you own a Microautomation 1100 and are willing to  
help us, please contact me.
