[mems-talk] Low Quantity SI Water Supplier

  I am looking for a supplier of silicon wafers from whom I could  purchase a very small quantity (i.e. <10 wafers). In particular I am  not looking for a specialty wafer, just a 4" silicon wafer (thickness  is not critical ~250-500 microns, neither is orientation, etc) with one  surface polished. They will be used to make soft lithography molds  using SU-8. 
  
  Does anyone know of any suppliers that sell in quantities of less than 25?
