[mems-talk] Mounting shadow masks

Hi,

I have been using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Cu grids, as a 
shadow mask for e-beam evaporation. I use rubber cement to hold down the 
TEM grid. Can anybody suggest something other than rubber cement?

I need something that is easy to put on and remove, since I need to 
position the TEM grid using micromanipulators.
