[mems-talk] chain length PDMS

PDMS = Poli Di Methyl Siloxane

so its structure is

         CH3
          |
....-O -Si-O-
          |
          CH3

and its monomer only can be SiCl2(CH3)2
 There is lots of other silicon based elastomers, with other side
groups than methyl, but they are not PDMS.
