[mems-talk] spring constant of complex cantilever beams

Hi all,

Can any body give me some references for finding spring constant of some complex cantilever beams. Say,

1) muliple layers along the thickness, with all layer lengths identical

2)multiple layers along width,with all layer lengths identical

3)muliple layers along the thickness, with each layer having different lengths

4)multiple layers along width,with each layer having different lengths

In all cases beam bends along the thickness.
