[mems-talk] PDMS Sealing over Au?!

Hi Dear

I´m having some troubles on sealing PDMS over Au by O2 plasma activation. As
a mater of fact, I have a PDMS/Glass u-TAS prototype with Au electrode
crossing  the micro-channel array, but when I fill my channels the liquid
leaks trough the Au/PDMS interface and I loss the control over my
electrochemical detection area! Is there someone who could help me to
activate Au surface for making Au/PDMS sealing strong enough?!
