[mems-talk] Glass-membrane-glass bonding

Hi everyone,

I need to bond two pieces of glass with a much smaller piece of
regenerated cellulose membrane (looks like thin transparent plastic
cloth) sandwiched in between. Due to the membrane material, high
temperature should be avoided. Could anyone give some suggestions
on how to do it? Btw, there are channels etched into both pieces of
glass, so there will be alignment issues as well.
