[mems-talk] Affordable Plasma Cleaner that is non- RF emissions compliant

	I am in the process of getting a very affordable O2 plasma cleaner
(barrel, quartz).  The problem is that it is not UL or CE compliant in terms
of RF emissions.  What are the risks in having this system (health, safety,
equipment interference)?  I also want to know if there is a minimum standard
that all RF-generating equipment must conform to.  Thanks.
