EV Group produced a limited number of Contract Aligner EVG620's with 
additional engineered microcontact printing, and nanoimprint lithography 
capability. We purchased one in 2004 and have utilized this capability to 
align objects such as PDMS to glass, etc. It has refined optics, and 
mechanics to allow for thicker, and off-size substrates.  For more
