[mems-talk] Adhesion of silver electrode

I am trying to fabricate silver electrode on a soda lime glass slide.
After fabricating the electrodes I have to clean the slide with
isopropyl alcohol to preapre it for fusion bonding step. As soon as
dip it in isopropyl alcohol, the electrdes gets destryoed. Currently I
am not using any extra layer of chromium or stainless steel for
adhesion. Can someone suggest any chemical treatment of the slide for
improving the sputtered silver adhesion?
