[mems-talk] DRIE and wafer bonding

Hi everyone,

I'm Hafizah from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I have difficulties in finding foundry that can do DRIE and wafer bonding for my design. Its my pleasure if u can provide me some information about foundry or research lab that can do those proceses. I plan to have an attachment with any institution for fabrication experience.
