[mems-talk] E-beam evaporation of gold on oligonucleotides (DNA)

Hi,
Can anyone advise me as to whether electron beam evaporation of gold on exposed oligonucleotides (DNA) will damage or destroy these sensitive material due to the UV generated in the e-beam process?
