[mems-talk] Any one know where I can do metal evaporation?

Hi,

Right now I am looking for some place where I can do metal evaporation. I
want to evaporate Ti and Fe. Both of them are expected to be around 10nm.
Before I was using PVD to do so, however, it failed to work these days. If
you have any information about this, let me know. We would like to pay for
the evaporation. Thanks.
