hello everyone:I would like to get a 5um coating with SU8, so I have to dilute SU8-100 with GBL. I want to know the GBL got from common chemical store(not Micro Chem Corp.) can be used? and I want to know the steps to dilute SU-8 with GBL.Best regardLi Jinfeng
